DESCRIPTION

The house is located in a wonderful countryside location. River Stour is two minute walk away which can be seen from the front of the house. The countryside views and wildlife are a major attraction for anyone wanting to escape the regular urban hum drum.

The House:

Kitchen - Well equipped modern kitchen including fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, pots and pans and crock ware.

Living room - has a light and airy which welcomes visitors. There are two comfortable sofas, TV with freeview and a lovely dining table.

There are also books here which may be used for the duration of the holiday. If you would like to keep, please swap with a book of your own to leave for other guests.

Stuck for idea on what to do? There will be some information available as well as a copy of a local map.

Bedrooms - 4 good size bedrooms, 1 double en-suite, 1 double and 2 twin rooms. Each room has a modern clean feel.

Two rooms have the beautiful views of the countryside and river.
